Dr B Veera Reddy, Director (Technical), CIL, Shri Jugal Kumar Borah Director (T/Operation) ,MCL and Shri A K Dhal, Talcher Coal field Nodal General Manager along with other General Managers of MCL had visited to Talcher Super Thermal Power Station of NTPC on 24.12.2022. Shri K S Sundaram, Executive Director (Talcher Kaniha) and Shri Ashok Kumar Sehgal, General Manager (O&M) welcomed the dignitaries. They visited Vishnumurthy and Main Plant Control Room. Station’s major issues like coal requirement and Ash utilisation e.g. Ash Utilisation in mixing with OB, Additional mine void space requirement etc. briefed to the Director (Technical) CIL and Director Technical (Operation) MCL. They have assured to extend their support to resolve the issues. Meeting concluded on a positive note.
